Guest Access

Your private bedroom and bathroom are just for you. However, the laundry area, including a washing machine/dryer, is housed inside a wall cupboard within your bathroom, so your host or a guest in the other bedroom will need occasional access to the laundry facilities. Your key-lockable bedroom is 100% private and just for you. However, you will share the living area, kitchen, and balcony with us or, if we are away, the guest in the other bedroom. These communal spaces offer a truly relaxed and sociable environment. Enjoy the apartment’s amenities, including a fully Equipped Kitchen with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. Experience incredible sound with the SONOS system and watch your favourite shows on the large wall-mounted 4K LG Smart TV. In addition to the apartment features, you are welcome to access all on-site building facilities, such as the 25-meter heated lap pool, Heated spa, Sauna, BBQ area, and fully equipped Gym.

Enjoy full access to an array of premium building leisure facilities, including the 25-meter Heated Lap Pool, complete with a stylish sun deck and comfortable sun lounges, sauna, and heated Spa. Plus, stay active with access to our fully equipped Gym and large BBQ Area. The kitchen embodies sophistication and quality. Featuring a striking glass splashback showcasing the iconic Story Bridge, elegant real granite stone benchtops, and premium Fisher and Paykel appliances—including a microwave, oven, full-size fridge/freezer, and a convenient dishwasher drawer—this space makes both cooking and clean-up a delight. From a queen-sized bed, your bedroom offers captivating views of the Story Bridge and the river. The main living room has a large wall-mounted 4K smart TV and a reverse-cycle split system AC. You’ll also appreciate unrestricted access to your separate bathroom outside your bedroom door. The apartment is designed for business travellers and provides high-speed internet Wi-Fi and even a printer/scanner.

Other Details to Note

While this room does not include a dedicated car park, you can access free parking for up to 4 hours, and upon your request, we can organise a paid parking space for you in the building. You will be sharing the apartment with a maximum of 1-2 other guests. The apartment features two bedrooms, each equipped with a key-lockable door for enhanced safety, and you will have a fully private bedroom complete with your own dedicated bathroom. Please also be aware that if my partner and I are staying at the property during your stay, we have a small Cavoodle puppy. She has hypoallergenic fur and is non-shedding

Transport and parking options around our building are quite convenient. Public transport options like buses, trains, and ferries are easily accessible nearby. For parking, you can ask me to help you rent a space in our building or there are street parking spots, private parking garages and many other buildings close by that offer paid parking. .
